1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph333z Casino ("ph333z," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph333z online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at ph333z.app and any associated mobile or web applications.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use ph333z.

ph333z reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the ph333z platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use ph333z, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ph333z or any of its affiliated companies or game providers;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from ph333z or any other gambling platform.

ph333z reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access ph333z games and services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player may register and maintain only one ph333z account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different identities – is strictly prohibited. ph333z uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph333z login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph333z will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph333z support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ph333z is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. ph333z reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph333z accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the ph333z platform. Deposits are generally credited to your ph333z account instantly. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page. ph333z does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. ph333z aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. ph333z reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ph333z are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph333z does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ph333z reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts, as permitted by applicable law. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ph333z offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ph333z account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph333z reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

5.4 Promotional Changes

ph333z reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ph333z use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the ph333z server records, the server records shall prevail.

ph333z reserves the right to void any game round or transaction that results from a technical malfunction, software error, or any other fault that produces an incorrect outcome. In such cases, affected players will be refunded the amount wagered in the affected round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph333z and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or identity theft;

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph333z platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any ph333z content without the prior written consent of ph333z. Unauthorized use of ph333z intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph333z shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph333z platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ph333z has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph333z's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph333z does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph333z is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside ph333z's reasonable control.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph333z is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

Upon termination for cause, ph333z may forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money balances remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable investigation.

You may close your ph333z account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ph333z's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments

ph333z reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using ph333z and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.
